Carets Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview & Program Eligibility
By applying to or participating in the Carets Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

• Eligible Partners: We welcome bloggers, product reviewers, content creators, influencers, complementary brand partners, and industry merchants.
• Prohibited Sites: Coupon, promo code, deal, and cashback aggregator websites are strictly prohibited. Applications from these platforms will be automatically declined. Any sales generated through unauthorized coupon aggregator sites, coupon code scraping, browser extensions, or trademarked term search bidding will be voided, and the associated account subject to immediate termination without payout.

2. Account Verification & Identity Protection
To prevent impersonation fraud, applicants must prove ownership of the media channels, websites, or business domains submitted during registration:

• Your registration email address must match the public contact email listed on your website, channel, or profile.
• If registering with a personal email address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook), you must verify account ownership by sending a direct message (DM) from your official social media/channel profile or emailing us from your official domain.
• Applications that cannot be verified will be declined.

3. Commission Structure & Tracking

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a standard commission of 7% on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, returns, and refunds) generated through their unique tracking links.
• Cookie Duration: Tracking cookies are valid for 60 days from the initial click. If a referred customer completes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your link, you will receive credit for the sale.
• Approval & Adjustments: Commissions are subject to review. Reversals or deductions may occur in the event of customer returns, order cancellations, or fraudulent transactions.

4. Prohibited Marketing Activities
Affiliates must adhere to fair marketing practices:

• PPC / Search Engine Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on Carets brand keywords (e.g., "Carets", "Carets shoes", "Carets promo code") on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines without prior written authorization.
• Spam & Unsolicited Communication: Unsolicited commercial emails, bulk messaging, or spamming across any platform is strictly prohibited.
• Misleading Claims: Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims regarding Carets products, pricing, or promotions.

5. Payment & Payouts
Commissions are tracked and calculated automatically through Post Affiliate Pro. Payments are issued on a regular cycle subject to account verification and threshold requirements.

6. Program Termination
Carets reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account and forfeit pending commissions if the affiliate violates any provision of this agreement. Carets also reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
